\n\t\n\t\t\tThe world of art, understood in the complex of activities that revolve around the practical realisation of exhibitions and shows, requires specific professionalism and experience that is difficult to find in the panorama of training offers of schools and universities, especially in Italy.

In particular, the professional figures of staff complementary to those of museum directors and curators, but are equally fundamental and are not reflected in any structured training at national level.\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\n\t\t\tThe idea of the project called \u201cRegula Artis\u201d is closely linked to the realisation, through direct daily experience of professionals in the sector, that the above-mentioned professionals must be trained regularly and placed on the market with specific skills that can be deployed quickly and effectively.\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\n\t\t\tAn analysis of the existing market for training offers in this specific sector shows that there are excellent margins for including the \u201cRegula Artis\u201d project in the training market at a national level, with the possibility of also projecting it at an international level, also because compared to existing courses, the project under consideration presents objective peculiarities that make it completely different from what is already proposed and therefore worthy of interest.

The project described in its broad outline responds to training needs coming from below to address an objective professionalism gap that the market is increasingly demanding to fill.

This trained professionalism moves over several operational areas relating to the handling of works, with articulated and transversal skills, in continuous dialogue with professionals in the sector, such as curator, director, restorer, cataloguer, transporter and insurer.

This project is part of this supply-demand dialogue with the ambition of creating a virtuous cycle that brings together artistic heritage, the desire to share beauty in all its forms of artistic expression with the public, and the permanently nurtured availability of a large number of professionals ready to respond to all logistical needs with creativity and competence. It also looks abroad, expressing Regulartis' vocation to become the international professional reference point in the ART sector for all museums and institutions around the world.\n\t\t<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In its general lines, the basic idea is to set up a permanent school located in the historic centre of Venice with the aim of training professional figures of the registrar, courier, art handler and art logistician, lasting 6 months (internship included) developed within an accredited training organisation supported by a main institutional sponsor of international standing.<\/p>

The training offer specifically will be elaborated with a body of lecturers identified both in the academic world<\/p>

than in the industrial, craft and private sectors in general and, in any case, strictly delineated according to the specific needs of the world of work.<\/p>

The subjects that will collaborate in synergy in the project are:<\/p>

- an accredited training provider with its wealth of experience<\/p>

On the strength of a renewed general awareness and political attention, the \u201cart system\u201d, understood as the entire complex induced activity that moves dynamically as a reverberation of the activities of museums, exhibitions and exhibition events, has become aware of how economically productive the whole can be as well as providing an intrinsic added value in the service of the community. This climate translates into a<\/p>

general multiplication of activities aimed at creating professional figures responding to the needs of this highly articulated and dynamic \u201cart system\u201d in an attempt to effectively interpret the needs for flexibility, competence, creativity and at the same time discipline expressed by the market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
